CFMA does NOT share our Conference Attendee List with any third parties. It has come to our attention that third party companies have targeted CFMA Exhibitors with an offer to purchase the CFMA Attendee List. These companies offer a “verified” list of attendee names, company names, addresses, and email addresses. Using information on these lists may subject you to legal action as they are NOT verified. If you are interested in the attendee list please contact conferences@cfma.org for more information.

2:00 - 5:30 p.m. | Exhibitor Move Out. All exhibits must be dismantled by 5:30 p.m.

For every 10 x 10 booth, you receive three complimentary Exhibitor passes with the option to upgrade them to full Conference registrations for $500 each. Exhibitor passes include all events inside the Exhibition Hall: Welcome Reception with Exhibitors, Dessert with Exhibitors, Networking Reception with Exhibitors, and Luncheon with Exhibitors. Exhibitor passes DO NOT include any education sessions, the Chairman's Luncheon, or the Closing Night Party. Tickets for the Chairman's Luncheon and Closing Night Party may be purchased separately. You will need your unique discount code (e-mailed to your company contact in January ) to register for your Exhibitor passes. Would you like to increase your visibility, generate valuable leads, and create excitement with Conference attendees? You can do so by donating a prize for our Prize Drawings in the Exhibition Hall! Simply download the Prize Drawing Information for complete details and the form to complete if you are interested in this opportunity. The form must be completed and returned no later than Tuesday, April 21, 2020 if you would like to participate as no exceptions or extensions will be granted. All prizes distributed during Exhibition hours must be given during the prize drawing.
Per the Exhibit Space Rules & Regulations, CFMA requires a certificate evidencing Comprehensive General Liability Coverage from each Exhibitor by April 21, 2020. Please forward a current copy to conferences@cfma.org.
CFMA does not need to be listed as an additional insured on the certificate. Exhibitor acknowledges that CFMA, CFMA’s designated exhibition services contractor (GES), audio/visual company (Dyventive), and The Washington Marriott Wardman Park do not maintain insurance covering exhibitor’s property and that it is the sole responsibility of exhibitor to obtain business interruption and property damage insurance covering such losses by exhibitor. Exhibitor expressly waives any claims it may otherwise have against CFMA for business interruption or damage to any property.
If you are using a third party Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC), both you and your EAC are required to produce a COI. In addition, each EAC must maintain workers compensation insurance in the minimum amount of two million dollars.
As an Exhibitor at CFMA’s 2020 Annual Conference & Exhibition, you are entitled to a listing in our Web & Mobile Conference App with the following information:
